IPhone users are the most brand loyal, survey shows - Techworld

Apple is doing a good job of inspiring loyalty among their customers in relation to its competitors in the market share of smartphones, according to a recent report.

According to Reuters, the market research company GfK found that while 84% of iPhone users surveyed said they would choose the Apple smartphone again. Among those using Android, the scenario is a little lower, with 60% of customers saying they would opt for new mobile platform from Google. As for the owners BlackBarry devices, the chance to keep the phones from RIM drops to a mere 48%.

“The possibilities of attracting consumers of competing brands decreased and the greatest rewards are those manufacturers who can create the best user experience and develop brand loyalty” wrote GfK.

About 4,500 people in the UK, France, Alemanda, Italy, Spain, Brazil, China, USA and Japan responded to the survey company.
